Animation duration

• Avoid animations that last less than 3 seconds
• Longer animations allow people more time to perceive the motion and understand what's happening

Motion and flashing

• Avoid animations that flash more than 3 times per second
• Ensure animations do not cause seizures in people with photosensitive epilepsy
• Provide an option to disable animations and motion effects
• Respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query for users who prefer reduced motion
